Tuition/Teaching Experience: I have 6 years of tutoring experience for students ranging from Preschool to JC2 levels. I specialize in English and Math for primary level and English for secondary level. My methods of teaching are distinct from the rest as I combine both the local and Western based route of learning. As such, I do not rely on routine memory work. In addition, I have 11 years of experience as a Guitar tutor with 16 students up to date. I teach beginner to advance levels and specialise in acoustic, bass and electric guitar. My students find me approachable and they warm up to me very quickly. I also coach on stage performance for guitar. My fee for guitar is negotiable and dependent on the skill level of students. These students didn't like math at first and couldn't understand anything previously, but after i explained each solution to them slowly and in details, they are more attentive and more willing to do math practices now.

I have 1 year experience teaching a Secondary 2 boy, I'd solve their questions and explain to him in the way he could best understand and adopt the formula.

Currently, I'm teaching a Secondary 3 girl Addition mathematics. Gave her encouragement and support to find back her interest in maths again and correct all her "wrong formulas" which she thought it was right.
