Personal tutelage of my son in English and Math and he is scoring 90% and above consistently.

A P5 student up her English score from a fail to 80% for a recent test within 6 months with me. Able to keep her motivated in her studies.

Another student, has improved only in English.(Comparing last year's P4 SA2, and this year's P5 SA1) There was a significant drop in all his subjects. He is from a Chinese-speaking family. It really touched me and spurred me to do more for him upon seeing him, from hating English, to now loving this subject.

My degree in Psychology enables me to understand that no one kid is the same, hence, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all teaching method. On top of that, I am also equipped to manage kids diagnosed with mild ADHD

One of my students went from B4 to A2 and it gave me great satisfaction to see the hard work pay off. My teaching style is more patient and focusing on the fundamentals by drilling the concept into the student and then teaching the student how to apply it.

I strive to push the student to think out loud when solving challenging problems so that I can understand any misconceptions they might have.
