"I think can be better, but i think the process is abit too fast. I wish to have more choices on the tutor selection. So far non of my selected tutor revert back to me, it is like defeat the purpose of shortlisted some tutor. I think you can actively contact those tutor being shortlisted to check whether they are interested to take up the job and get back to me on the status.
