3 months of tutoring aged 10-12 years old cousins. I have my own technique of teaching, not very conventional. My way of teaching will be more of making them understanding how to solve questions.

Personalizing perhaps. If tuition overruns by slightly, i think its fine and not be calculative. Rewarding students even it is just slight improvement, they should be encouraged by their effort and not results alone.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
My elder sister is currently a tutor as well. She always share what is the current syllabus of these students being taught in school with me.
As a Good Tutor
Not to just teach but also to make them understand the values of being taught and understand. Once they seek their own purpose, they will strive harder for themselves rather than being told to do it.
