able to start after my exams end on 2 Dec. I can commit until whenever necessary and maximum students I am able to teach at one time is 2. I am available for tuition on weekdays and weekends, subjected to prior notice and availability
Rapport Building
I have experience teaching primary and secondary school students since I have 3 siblings in that age group and I am able to communicate well with people from the age group. I am a current undergraduate with NTU majoring in engineering so I am frequently exposed to maths and physics. my current cumulative GPA stands at 3.5.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I like to expose my students to other schools past years exam papers besides asking them to do assessment books. other than that, I help my sisters regularly with their homeworks so I am aware of the syllabus
As a Good Tutor
patience and good explainer. I also try to give them a quiz whenever I finish teaching a topic.
I set 3 rules for my tutees to follow:
1. Never leave a question blank even if you don't know how to do. I expect you to try working some out some steps so I can see where you went wrong
2. complete any homework I give.
3. ask when you don't know.
