For students, I will ensure that the child feels comfortable with my teaching methods and also show care and concern for the student. I will also encourage the student to contact me outside of tuition hours if he/she needs any help in his or her work

I research on the Internet as well as looking through the various assessment books to ensure that I am kept updated with the curriculum and syllabus
As a Good Tutor
I believe that a good tutor must be able to explain concepts and convey ideas simply and clearly. Good tutors should also speak at a level students can understand and be good at summarising the main points of a topic. They should also possess character traits such as approachability, friendliness and patience. Most importantly, a good tutor should also have a passion for teaching.
