My teaching philosophy is learn to learn. Passing exam is important but the most important is the knowledge gain. If the student is passionate about what he/she learns, not only he/she can do well in exam, but also able to retain the knowledge for life application.

As a design engineer, I can also impart logical problem solving, and real life application of the subject learned in school.
