I have had 1 month of experience tutoring a primary 1 year girl in mathematics. Her mathematics grade for that term improved from Band 2 to Band 1 thereafter. I firmly believe in the importance of hardwork, consistency and cultivating a desire to excel in order to achieve academic success. Also, i feel that education is one of the most important tools to advance up the social ladder in Singapore, and therefore much emphasis should be placed on it.
