First time meet with them smiling with sincerity. Be patient with the students and parents to understand what is the expectations from the tuition. To demonstrate to the parents that you really care about the student, not only about the academic also try to influence the student to be a passionate and positive person towards life.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Regularly checking any update on the curriculum and any new test patterns/papers
As a Good Tutor
We always need to take the student as the child of our own. And always try to communicate them to understand them and try to be friend with them. Even if the tuition is just a part time thing, other than the academic improvement, we should also try to bring positive influence to the students and bring him to be a better version of himself.
