Tuition/Teaching Experience
Currently, I have one year of tuition experience in teaching secondary 4(N)A mathematics. Furthermore, I have well-versed with the MOE singapore syllabus to ensure that I am equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach my students on the particular subject.
I am a committed person and I am hoping to look for a student that is preparing their O levels (i.e. Secondary 4-5). I wish to join them in this journey and coach them on those two years.
Rapport Building
I believe that as a tutor, we have a influence on the student's view of study. As a international student, I hope that I can show them that studying should not only be regurgitation but rather develop critical thinking skills to solve the problems. This will equip the students to solve various kind of problems that they meet.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
In order to prepare myself, I would go to the MOE website and view their released pdf curriculum. Furthermore, I would ask some of my fellow tutor mates to notify myself if there are any significant changes.
