I have 3 years of teaching experience starting from 2013(year 2 of junior college). Throughout the course of my teaching stint, i have taught secondary school students and Junior College students from different backgrounds and academic aptitude, and learned about the various techniques that work well with each type of student insofar that i believe i am able to teach any student. Armed with studying techniques of my own, i am certain that i can help any student achieve his maximum potential.

Rapport Building
I prefer asking the students to explain to me how they feel about the related subject because that hints about the perception the students has on the subject. In my opinion, it is crucial that the student develop, at least to a small extent, a liking for learning, in whatever way suits them (not necessarily as a dry subject matter).
