Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have worked as a Student Care Teacher in a Pro-teach Student Care Centre for 6 months before enlistment into National Service. Hence I understand how to deal with mainly primary school children and the best way to teach them and make them not hate their homework but instead embrace it.

Commitment / Other Details
Although I am currently serving National Service till 7 March 2014, I am able to commit my weekdays (after 7pm) as well as my weekends as my work is only from 8am - 6pm. I will be going to university after National Service and I intend to still continue to give part-time tuition.
Rapport Building
I will firstly understand the student's strengths and weaknesses so that I will be able to grasp what is the best teaching method for the student. Also, I believe that communications between parents and me is the most important to ensure the student excel in his/her studies.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have a cousin teaching at a local primary school as a full time NIE teacher hence i often exchange pointers with her. My sister is also currently studying in a local secondary school and I often help her with her homework.
