Being a patient person, I am able to get along well with students. Whenever students are confronted with questions, I will ensure that they understand the concepts first before guiding them in generating out the solutions. I believe that this teaching method is more effective than showcasing the solutions to students only. I have experience tutoring math and science for primary 5 & 6 students. I am also familiar with the primary & lower secondary school syllabus as I have been tutoring my younger sister. She is currently 15 years old & is doing well in her studies. Additionally, my involvement in weekly buddy reading and teaching sessions with primary school students during my JC life enables me to learn how to communicate with students and gain teaching experience.
