Every student is an individual and hence, every student is different. As a good tutor, I teach in a manner that personalises learning in order to suit the needs of each student. Having excelled at ACS (I), I share what worked for me, and adapt that to create a way to learn and remember concepts that works for you, in order to ensure that you excel at your examinations as well. Lastly, I make sure that lessons are not boring, by incorporating humour and helping you learn in a way that is not just meaningful, but also memorable.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
Personally, I have been in the Advanced Science programme at ACS(I) from Secondary 3 all the way to the end of JC, and have consistently been one of the top students in the programme. Apart form this, I was a A*STAR JC Science Awardee and have represented and won awards in many science competitions for my school. Due to this, I have a deep knowledge of the nuances behind many of the concepts that are taught in Physics and Chemistry. With this, I can easily make students understand not just the "what" but the "how" and "why" behind the topics that they are learning.
