I have no teaching experience, however I have a high level of interest in Math, hence making it my strength subject. I have been able to teach/help my peers solve math sums, allowing them to understand the concept as well in the process. I believe I am capable of helping students on a one-to-one basis. I will be able to help the student understand the concepts required to solve the sum, as well as teaching them how to apply these methods.
I am able to teach Math up to JC H2 Math level. The methods I will be using will be what I have learnt in school. I will also explain how I managed to grasp and understand the method and how to apply them.
As for other subjects such as English/Chemistry/Physics, I may not excel in them, but will do my best to help my student if required.
I am able to tutor every weekday after 6pm, and any time during the weekends. I will preferably be giving one-one tuition and can travel to the student's home.
In case of group tuition, I will be holding them in my own home located at Balestier. Each group with a maximum of 5 students. Similarly, the tuition sessions will be after 6pm on weekdays and any time during the weekends.
I will be able to tutor to these slots up until July, because if I enter a university, school would start in August. After July, tuition sessions will be restricted to weekends.
