Commitment / Other Details: I am able to commence work on January 2015. I also intend to go into long term teaching for approximately 3-4 years.

Rapport Building: I strongly believe in motivation as compared to reprimanding. From my prior experience, usually i will reward students for good performance such as bringing small treats for them to encourage participation and getting them some small tokens upon performing well in their exams. I will also constantly update parents on their child's progress, gather feedback from them so as to improve my teaching style and also list out the topics that i have covered every lesson.
