Commitment / Other Details
I am able to start after 6 May 2019.

I am able to conduct group tuition sessions.
Rapport Building
I cooperate very closely with the parents, providing regular feedback regarding the progress of the students. Depending on the students, parents are sometimes engaged to help students develop certain habits which we feel would help the students improve their critical thinking and language skills.

I have very open communications with my students, who are unafraid to ask me questions both inside and outside of class. Typically trust is developed when students can see that I genuinely seek to help them achieve their goals.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I teach in a private school which prepares students for the local AEIS, 'O' level and 'A' level examinations. In this way, I am updated on the latest changes in the MOE curriculum. Furthermore, I interact with other teachers who teach in local government schools and we discuss about changes in the curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
I believe good tutors must have a strong sense of responsibility and be genuinely concerned about the all-round well-being of the students.

A good tutor should vary the teaching methods used to meet the needs of each individual student. It is also important that materials used in class are relevant and suitably challenging for the students.

Ultimately, a good tutor should help guide the students to achieve their desired grades, while ensuring that the students also gain important life skills, such as critical thinking, effective communication and so on.
