Tuition/Teaching Experience
3 years of teaching English, Literature, E-Mathematics and Computer Applications (CPA) at Jurong West Secondary School. Around 3 years of tutoring experience in teaching Primary and Secondary English, Mathematics. Recently that included Primary and Secondary Science too.

One of my students in 2015 who always scored only C and Ds improved tremendously and aced in his English for End-of-Year examinations. That boosted his morale to excel in this subject this year! A foreign student of mine improved in her English (Normal Academic stream) after 3 months under my tutelage. At the end of 2015, she garnered a spot in Express and took up the offer by her principal to study in Express stream.

Rapport Building
Giving feedback to both students and their parents are important as it keeps them updated of the progress or consider other ways of helping themselves. In turn this also shows them that I care for the student's well-being more than just results. As and when I find it needed, I would praise or reward the student for any achievements big or small.
