Rapport Building
I will start off the lesson by understanding the student's ability and characteristic/behaviour. Understand where their weaknesses and strengths are, and to use suitable teaching methods to get their attention and interest in learning. As for parents, I will inform them accordingly about the children and will them tell my plans and methods of teaching their children. Also, will update every week/fortnightly about their children's progress.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Consistently going to bookstore and read up on the textbooks/test papers to understand the curriculum. Also, read up on news regarding education matters to understand the changes. If necessary, I will also purchase books to understand more on the topics and to read up on the latest requirement.
