For both primary school and secondary school student, i will first find out his or her interest and backgroud through casual chattings and communicate with her that kind of teaching method she so to ensure a pleasent and constructive learning experience.
However for primary school kids, i will motivate the students through little gifts and words of encouragement. For secondary school students, I would motivate them mainly though target setting. I will try my best to ensure an interactive learning experience for the student so to keep them participative and better deliver the content.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have both secondary school and primary school materials from my juniors.
And I know current school teachers whom I can talk to.
As a Good Tutor
To me, I believe that patience and passion are two of the most important traits to be a good tutor. In addition to that, a self-motivated charator is essential in translating and helping the child to be motivated in their studies. The stress and competitiveness of from school work and acedamic performances have already overwhelmed many students and parents as well, so I believe that the ability to make tuition enriching while interesting and motivating through communication and building friendship with the students are essencial to ensure effective and constructive teaching that translate into the students' acedamic progress.
