Tuition/Teaching Experience
I am currently a Full Time Graduate Tutor and have had 5 years of tutoring experience at the Primary level. I have also gained experience as a student care teacher and supervisor teaching groups and classes from Primary 1 to 6 levels. With this exposure, I have a more thorough knowledge of Primary level education and the MOE syllabus as I am familiar with the homework and projects students are assigned at school. The subjects I am teaching are English, Mathematics, Science and Malay. Students' results have improved 1 to 2 bands. I have also experienced and currently tutoring several students with autism.
I am able to commit for the long term till the end of the academic year and can start immediately. As an educator, I would like to give my passion and dedication in sharing and imparting knowledge with others. To engage students in understanding the topics and subjects better, creative educational methods will be used in tutoring besides assessment books, worksheets and test papers. I am a keen learner myself and always believe in constantly pursuing knowledge, ideas, creativity and experience to excel better in life. I strongly feel it is important to share a progressive and positive mindset with others and the future generation.
