Tuition/Teaching Experience
For a few months, I volunteered as a mentor in an English reading programme at a student care centre. Another one of my volunteering experiences involved empowering a kindergarten boy with autism to learn a new skill. I visited him on a weekly basis over a few months. On top of these, I worked at a learning centre guiding pre-schoolers and primary school children. My previous diploma taught me skills to interact with children with special needs/learning difficulties.
As a current undergraduate, I could continue teaching during the school term with the exception of examination/study breaks. I am able to start work immediately and am willing to provide more sessions during the June school holidays.
