I have been in an early childhood field for 3 years and I am still currently an undergraduate in Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), studying Bachelor of Early Childhood Education as well. I have been working part time as an assistant teacher in an enrichment centre for approximately 4 years. I believe in empowering the lifes of children by imparting values as well as in their academic achievements.
I can commit at least 3 months from Oct 2014 to Dec 2014.
Rapport Building
I believe in sharing with them my experiences and also, get to understand their feelings and thoughts. I hope I can comfortably share with the parents what I have been through and hope we can accommodate with each other.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will constantly get in touch with my lecturers in school and also read up on newspapers.
As a Good Tutor
I think good tutors should have patience, warm, willing to collaborate with parents, be open-minded, friendly but firm at times, and flexible.
