I have about five years of experience in tutoring primary levels. I am very familiar in working with upper primary levels and have been able to improve students from fail/ borderline passes to A and A* for PSLE. I vary my approach according to the student's personality - for students who are more reserved, I am more patient and encouraging whereas for students who are more active or mischievous, I am strict and would discipline them accordingly. All in all, I have chosen to be a private home tutor as I enjoy teaching children. Helping children understand new concepts and seeing them learn from their mistakes and grow, makes tutoring a very fulfilling and enriching experience for me. I look forward to tutoring your child.
