Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have a lot of enthusiasm in teaching and imparting my knowledge to students who need help in their process of learning. I taught a group of students from my primary school and it is really fulfilling to know that their results improved tremendously! I was selected to be a member of my school's Scholarship program based on my academic performances. I was also selected to be one of my school's college guides during the Open House 2015 because I love to interact and answer any questions prompted by the students or parents. (Nanyang Junior College) I believe that everyone has the ability to excel and I hope that I can maximise the potential of my students! I also hope that they can find joy in learning as much as I do!

Commitment / Other Details
I just finished my Alevels so I can start as soon as as possible!
Rapport Building
I am really friendly so I will talk to my students, try to understand their problems or misconceptions with any concepts before organizing the materials that will interest them and are best suited for each lesson.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
My Alvls just ended so Im still quite equipped with knowledge of the current curriculum. Also, I think that it would be good to teach the Olvls/ Nlvls syllabus with some of my JC notes and tutorials because it can increase the quality of their answers tremendously.
As a Good Tutor
The basic qualities of a good tutor is definitely patience because when a student meet obstacles while solving a math question or find it difficult to understand the question requirements and how to answer them, the tutor has to be the lighthouse to guide him or her along the way even when he repeatedly fails to comprehend. With patience, the student will be learning in a stress free condition and this is essential to building confidence and allowing the student to make improvements and learn from his mistakes!
