Tutor must be able to understand student capabilities and qualities.Each child is unique and is capable in certain way.Need to show them the interest in education, need to explain to them why academically some subjects are taught in a certain manner.Child's mindset is always focused on doing something new and interesting, therefore a boring class and subject would deter them to focus.Should bring life to the subject so that student takes a step further with it.
