Set a goal & make a plan on how you intend to meet that goal. This is what we practice in the private sector & this is how I intend to get the job done.
Rapport Building
The first session would be to analyse the current level of the student & what is the goal we want to set. The goal is set with the agreement of all three parties - the parents, student & myself. Then we set the action plan with the parents & students. I would then give monthly feedback on the progress. Feedback can be verbal or written depending on the parents' preference.
