Commitment / Other Details
Always stick to days and time discussed unless of valid reasons and with the consent of tutee. Would be able to commit for long term (at least a year) as progress doesn't happen overnight.
Rapport Building
Rapport determines the relationship between the tutee and the tutor. I believe that building good rapport with my tutees will make them feel at ease during tuition and hence they would be able to cooperate and concentrate better.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have been working in a school based environment for the past 4 years. I help students with their homework daily from various levels. Hence I am familiar with the current MOE syllabus.
