I enjoy teaching students English and always strive to let them understand the grammar and creativity required for the language. I drill them in grammar conscientiously and go through all essays and comprehensions extensively. I am committed to the students and am always on the lookout for reading materials that they could utilise to get a better understanding of English.
Able to start immediately and can commit for as long as the assignment requires.
Rapport Building
Students can message, call or email me about questions that they may encounter at school or in outside assignments.
Other than the subject(s) I teach, I would also share some of my learning experiences with my students, as well as other anecdotes of life that they might find enriching. I think it's important that students should also know about life outside of school and books.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I search MOE's website for the latest curriculum, as well as the student's individual school's curriculum. I also look through the assessment books at Popular to choose the most current and updated syllabus.
As a Good Tutor
Knowledgable in the subject they teach and also able to go beyond the syllabus and teach the concepts and creativity important to truly grasp the subjects.
