I am currently teaching a Sec 4 student english, and I'm happy to say that he has been improving rapidly, while also enjoying tuition lessons. We try to have tuition lessons twice a week.

I am able to start immediately, and I can teach for about 1.5-2 hours. I will be as flexible as possible, as I am juggling university commitments with your kid's school commitments.
Rapport Building
I tend to communicate with both the parents and the student. After lessons, I will let the parents know, either face to face or via text, how the student is coping, what areas both myself and the kid can improve on and so on and so forth.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Since I've started teaching the current Sec 4 kid, I have kept myself up to date with the curriculum, often looking it up online to make sure that I have not missed any changes.
As a Good Tutor
I always go for lessons prepared, with an idea of what I want the kid to learn and I ensure that I complete it by the end of the lesson.
