A NUS Literature Honors 4th (final) year student with a proven record. With 4 years of tutoring experience, I have taught students from a wide range of academic and family backgrounds. My method of teaching is personalized for each student. For stronger students, I will push them to think further on how their knowledge learnt can be applied under different contexts beyond the syllabus. For weaker students, I will move to build and strengthen their foundation, structuring key concepts and departing them with multiple strategies on how to tackle different types of examination questions. On average, improvements in my students are evident within 3-4 months of tutoring. A significant number of them improve by more than a grade in their following semester examinations.
