Rapport Building
I believe I am a very sociable person, who is able to get along well with many kinds of people. I strongly believe in having a good and strong relationship with the student and parents, as teaching and learning is something that is personal and needs to be catered to every unique student. Hence, having a strong relationship with the students is better for more efficient learning. I hope to be able to provide that, and be able to help in way that does not seem too sterile nor forced. I strive to be accountable to both parents and students so to build a mutual trust, that I will do my best to help and parents have to support their child in their education as well.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Having younger siblings, I feel like I am able to handle their syllabus as I have helped with many a questions. Having personally gone through the education system and been through what the modern education requires, I feel like I am up to date with the curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
I feel that a good tutor is one that is able to build a good rapport with the students. Not only must the teacher be a good source of information, he must also be someone that the student can trust and confide his troubles with his studies with. Communication is important, especially when approaching topics that have already been covered in school and there is still confusion understanding. Hence I feel that to be a good tutor, there must be a good two way communication.
