Commitment / Other Details
I an able to start weekend lessons immediately and these lessons are flexible for rescheduling up to the student's convenience. Able to commit up to a year and more. Open to group classes as well.
Rapport Building
I firstly come to understand the student on a deeper level by finding out his problems faced in the subject and understanding his learning style. All this is done within the first trial lesson which will not be charged. This is to ascertain whether or not I am a good fit for this student at all. I build rapport with students by helping them build their grasp of the subject from ground up, tackling their issues and helping them overcome them so as to help them gain confidence in the subject and me as a tutor as well.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Due to the frequent adjustments to curriculums, I will find out what the entire curriculum for the subject is and plan lessons based on topics and needs of the students.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor is one who is proficient, engaging and able to deliver the content effectively. I personally feel that I have the dedication and commitment to make that happen through hard work both in lesson planning, and the actual delivery of the lesson itself. A good tutor is one who puts in the hard work behind his lessons to make sure that they are well planned in terms of content and flow, something which I look forward to being able to provide as a tutor. Last but not least, a good tutor is responsible and I intend to honour the schedule my student and I have worked out.
