To me education is no child's play. I will like to take on assignments where i will be able to follow through with the student for at least one school year.
Rapport Building
I have had good comments from my students' parent in my current workplace. Depending on the age profile of my students i will have different approaches to build rapport with them. For parents i will explain to them how i plan to work with their child so as to minimize conflicts between parents and teacher.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Constantly reviewing student's textbooks and assessment books.
