I can start tuition immediately and able to commit till the end of the students's exam period.
Rapport Building
I find that asking the child's strength and weakness in each subject is the most important step as I would want to know the confidence level that they have for a particular subject. I want them to know that nothing is impossible and even their so called "worst subject" can now be their favourite one. I always update the parents after every lesson to ensure them that their children are doing well in their studies and social aspects. I am sure every parents want the best for their children and I believe that tutors and teachers can help in that as well.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am now teaching in a tuition centre as well as a relief teacher for MOE schools. Hence, I am quite familiar with the syllabus and their abilities for each subject.
As a Good Tutor
I feel that every child has his/her own ways of learning. There are no such thing as fast learner or even slow learner. Good tutors will never give up finding a suitable learning method for the children to understand the subjects faster. Good tutors always ensure that the child's academic needs are being taken care of
