I have been teaching for 6 years with MOE and tutoring for 2 years. I currently specialise in Primary school Mathematics as that is my niche area and the subject I enjoy very much. My students in school and privately have shown improvement and from initially fearful of Math, now enjoy Math in my tutelage.
Teaching math isn't just about doing math. Exams are a kind of challenge. For my students to do well, they not only learn the strategies in Math, they also learn mental and emotional strategies in handling exam stress and being exam smart. PSLE involves 50% head knowledge and 50% exam intelligence as well.
I am currently available on Monday afternoon from 3 to 6pm, and Thursday evening from 8pm to 10pm. I'm a full-time tutor and able to commit till the student's PSLE. I will be travelling to the student's location. I prefer to start with a week's notice.
