I just retired from the education service of 38 years. Many batches of 'O' and 'N' level students have passed through my hands. In fact, some became my colleagues in school and are still in touch.
I am dedicated and fully committed. In fact, I still have some of the Teachers' Day and Birthday cards with messages from my ex-students.

A good tutor must be responsible, dedicated, firm and be able to deliver. He/She has to be in touch with the latest syllabus. She must be able to provide specific individualised feedback and support to her young charges. In short, the students should be motivated to learn and give of their best.
