As a Good Tutor
I recently graduated with the IB Diploma, achieving a score of 43 out of, the full score, 45. I achieved the highest grade boundary (7) for Mathematics and Biology, performing particularly well for Biology with an overall percentage of 91. I am familiar with the IB syllabus, but not too familiar with the O/A level syllabus, I believe I can still teach at lower secondary level. I took my PSLE in 2011, achieving a score of 258 with A* in both Mathematics and Science. I have tutored Primary 6 Science once on a voluntary basis, helping slower learners improve their confidence and grades. I believe cultivating interest is the root of long-term improvement and thus encourage my students to gain confidence and passion in learning about the subject, rather than being overly results-oriented.
