Lower Sec: $90/hr
Upper Sec & IP Yr 3 and 4: $100/hr
JC: $110/hr
Minimum 1.5hr per lesson
Rapport Building
I will cater my teaching strategies to suit the likes and interests of the student. Usually using examples that the student can easily relate to (e.g. related to their CCA). Available by phone-call for parents to check in on child's progress.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am specialised in the current EL and Lit Syllabus for Secondary level. Specialty in preparing students for the demands of the Oral Examinations, especially in the Spoken Interaction component. I have many peers who are current MOE-based EL teachers who share their syllabus resources with me.
As a Good Tutor
I am a very passionate and energetic teacher. My approach is usually focused on skills-building so that students are capable and confident in handling any question or scenario that they are presented with. I am also highly adaptable in adjusting to the different personalities and habits of different students.
