As a junior college graduate, I am quite familiar with the content and examination skills relevant to O Level and A Level syllabus, especially in the science subjects.
My friends including peers and juniors used to approach me for challenging questions.
I have taught my juniors, who are of different extents of foundations and scholastic aptitudes in science subjects. Most have seen great improvement in their understanding and consequently grades in these subjects.
Thanks to these experiences, I establish my own princeples about how to teach:
1Teach without discrimination.
2Teach students in accordance with their natural ability.
3To cultivate interest and establish good habit/mindset should come above, and be accompanied by appropriate exercises.
