Tutoring Subjects

Commitment / Other Details: I am able to start immediately and will be able to commit for at least a year. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are the best timings for me.

Rapport Building: I update parents regularly on their child's progress. Also, I make the effort to get to know the child as an individual, so that I will be able to tailor to her needs as a learner. My priority is to make my students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. Also, beyond preparing students for their examinations, I wish to develop also their thirst for knowledge and passion for learning. Through my classes, I often bring in contemporary parallels to historical events so that students can relate better to what they are learning in the syllabus. I believe that education goes beyond the examinations, and examinations should not be the hindrance to interest/passion for learning.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I am currently studying in NIE for my postgraduate diploma in education.
