Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have been teaching tuition for more than 8 years, and I have taught students from all backgrounds, be it O Levels, A Levels, from neighbourhood or IP schools. I have very strong knowledge in Physics, Chemistry and Maths as shown in my academic results, and the experience I have gained from tutoring allows me to quickly identify what the student is weak in and thus target their specific problems. I require my students to put in hard work as well; no tutor can help a student if he or she refuses to work hard. All my students will experience an improvement in their grades as long as they pay attention during tuition and do the work I assign. One of my greatest reward is to see students achieve their academic goals as a result of guidance and their own hard work.

Commitment / Other Details
Since I am a full-time tutor, I can start immediately and commit indefinitely.
Rapport Building
It is important to sometimes talk to the student about things other than school work, for example their school life, or CCA, or their hobbies etc. This is to help understand the student and make him or her feel that the tutor cares for the student and not just in their studies.

I will communicate to the parents on what the student needs to do and how they can help supervise or talk to the student.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
The MOE website provides the latest curriculum, and the textbooks will also be updated with any changes in the curriculum. Since I am a full-time tutor, I teach everyday and so I am constantly kept abreast of any updates.
As a Good Tutor
1. Excellent knowledge of the subject, and knows how to communicate the ideas to the student.

2. Patient, but yet firm when requiring the student to put in enough effort.

3. Understand how the younger generation thinks, and their likes and dislikes, so that there will not be minimal generation gap.

4. Most importantly, always have the students' best interest at heart, and help them understand that whatever they are doing is for no one else but themselves.
