Just graduated from SIM(Biz Management). Currently also working at Kumon Learning Center as an assistant teaching instructor. This job allows interactions with different levels and categories of students with different learning abilities. Therefore I believe by using different approaches in coaching will certainly allow students understand the subject better and hence develop interest in their studies.
Sec 2 shown improvement in grades, from passing marks in primary 6 to A1 in mathematics in sec 2, Pri 3 also shown significant improvement from passing science and maths grades to above 80 for eng, 70 for science and 90 marks for maths. However, all these could not be achieved without working closely with thier parents that helps to monitor thier homework and discipline outside lessons.
