Tuition/Teaching Experience
I would consider myself to be patient with kids. Although I haven't had any tutoring experience, I enjoy teaching my friends in school whenever theres a chance so I would love to try giving tuitions myself. I would try by best to make sure the student will benefit from the tuition to encourage them to work hard and not get disheartened from bad results or falling behind in school.

As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor I believe patience, understanding and encouragement is of utmost importance. Understanding that the students are weak and may not be able to grasp content as fast, so several times of explanation in different ways to help the student understand is very important. I believe that school and exams alone are pressurising enough on students, so a tutor shouldn't be further stressing them out but help them alleviate the the stress. Personally I feel that when a student sees improvement, even the slightest bit, it would prove to them that they have that potential to do well. Lastly, I strongly feel that some form of encouragement especially for young children will boost their confidence in themselves so they will push themselves so do better and better.
