I mentored and tutored 2 of my juniors when I was in Secondary school due to a Community Involvement Programme for the less capable students. One of the students managed to attain an L1R5 of 10 points. The experience made me realize how to impart my knowledge and experiences in an effective and easy way. Also, I realized that it is important to give students a good overview of the topic, to allow them to truly understand. This can equip students to tackle challenging questions.
