Besides being a qualified and experienced ex-MOE Chinese teacher who is familiar with the school syllabus, I do not just focus on subject mastery but also on learning habits and skills as an important part of personal growth and development. I am strong in bilingualism and thus am able to use English and Chinese interchangeably to aid pupils' understanding in either language. I have also won awards in a national competition (Citi Ideas in Action) 2 years consecutively for the creation of 2 Chinese learning games. I am committed and patient with my pupils and desire deeply to impart the love of the Chinese language to them in both an enjoyable and effective manner.
