I have been an volunteer tutors with CDAC and Club Rainbow since 2014, and part time tutor for primary school level since 2013.
I am patient and able to work well with children, and am experienced in coaching children with learning difficulties, with creative teaching methods so as to enable them to better appreciate the concepts and enjoy the learning process.

I am able to commit long term as I am now working part time. I am available on weekdays noon and weekend morning/noon.
Rapport Building
Being a parent of 2 myself and having mentored children of different backgrounds, I am able to work well with children. It is important that to understand their interest and to incorporate that interest into the teaching.
E.g. My tutee and I created a maths challenge boardgame to share with other children.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I frequently research assessment books and their suitability against MOE curriculum. I will provide own tutoring materials so as to achieve a optimal fit with the children.
