I have 4 years of school teaching experience and 6 years of tutoring experience. I am patient with my tuition students and will only move on when they have mastered the concepts.
I am able to start as soon as possible. I am a full time tutor and is fully committed to every assignment.
Rapport Building
I would observe the student's preferred learning styles and adjust my teaching style accordingly. Generally, I would ask students for feedbacks on their understanding and share my experiences with learning new concepts.
If parents are interested, I would share the status of student's learnings and gaps in their understanding. I would also share with them the options available to students based on their results.

I have many friends who are existing school teachers. Generally we would discuss the syllabus and pedagogy together.

I feel the basics quality of good tutors include having shared ownership of student's learning, patient, flexible in explaining concepts and adapt resources to student's learnings.
