Commitment / Other Details
I can start anytime and can commit to at least one year as long as the tuition's schedule fits into my schedule.
Rapport Building
I usually like to interact and know more about my students' interests and their daily school life. This is so that I can ensure that my lessons will be engaging as I would know what types of methods would keep them interested in my lessons. I think that it is extremely important for a tutor to also give them motivation and support to push through these tough times. That is why I like to give encouragements and tips on how to motivate themselves to study smart and be studious. Most importantly, I would spend extra time on communicating with their parents and find out more about their performance in school so that we can work together to help my students in gaining a better learning experience and improving their grades.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
Firstly, I think that being a good tutor should be patient with her students because that is when students are not afraid of asking any questions since they are not afraid of whether their tutors are getting angry at them. In my opinion, asking questions is the first step to enjoy learning and that is why it is important for a tutor to be approachable and patient. Secondly, I think being able to interact well with my students is also very crucial in supporting them in their long learning journey. Lastly, I feel that being a good tutor should be able to analyse each student's weaknesses and strengths so that she can plan out a good schedule and provide effective solutions.
