I have 3 years experience in tutoring.
I believe a strong communication is key to effective learning.
My past experiences have taught me that, though one may be clever, but not necessarily he might be able to teach others well too.
So I will usually take note on how the student learns, and try to work upon it.
I also know how weaker students can feel towards studying, thus I use only methods that weaker students can understand and appreciate.
